This help file had not been updated in several years and included outdated and inaccurate information. I took on the challenge of auditing the information, which included testing hardware and software aspects of the product and its applications. This was a lengthy project, and I completed a full overhaul of the online help file while managing other ongoing projects. Because this update was not tied to a product release, I was proud to dedicate my time and effort to produce a document that really needed it. I added several screenshots and corrected inaccurate or confusing information that greatly improved the help file into a much clearer and easier resource for users to navigate.
